We do not sell, rent, transfer nor share any of your personal information to third parties for commercial reasons. Your information is only shared by BFD to perform services to your benefit or otherwise customarily provided by an Auction House, such as registration of bidders and the processing of payments. Under requirement by subpoena, court order or other legal proceeding, we may disclose personal information with third parties under proper legal authority such as law enforcement and government agencies.
